            THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. SURENDER

                 CRIMINAL APPEAL No.54 of 2018

JUDGMENT:

When the case was listed on 27.12.2024 and 19.02.2024,

none appears for the appellant. Hence, this Court directed to list the

appeal under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even to-day, though the appeal is listed under the caption 'for

dismissal' there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. This

shows that the appellant is not showing interest in prosecuting the

appeal diligently.

In the said circumstances, no useful purpose would be served

in keeping the appeal pending.

Accordingly, Criminal Appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
