ORDER:

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili)

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioners had fairly conceded that the issue raised

in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment

rendered by the Honourable Supreme Court in The Director (Admn.

and HR), KPTCL and others v. C.P. Mundinamani and others1, which

was held against the petitioners and in view of the same, the present

Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.

2. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed

following the judgment rendered by the Honourable Supreme Court in

C.P. Mundinamani's case (supra). There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition

shall stand closed.
