         CRIMINAL PETITION No.3680 OF 2022

O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking

to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.1417 of

2017 on the file of the learned I Additional Judicial First Class

Magistrate at Warangal (for short, "the trial Court").

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioners. Heard

Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for

respondent No.1-State.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing a copy of

e-Courts proceedings, submits that C.C.No.1417 of 2017 has

ended up in acquittal vide judgment dated 18.10.2022 on the

file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial

Magistrate of First Class, Hanumakonda, and no further

orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, he

seeks to dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Public

Prosecutor and taking the copy of e-Courts proceedings onto

the file, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand

closed.
