            CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.354 of 2019

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the

judgment and decree dated 20.10.2017 passed in O.S.No.17 of 2016 (old

O.S.NO.54 of 2002) by the Telangana State Waqf Tribunal.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 25.01.2025, there was no

representation by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the matter

was directed to be posted to 11.02.2025 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even

today also, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the petitioner

though the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. It appears that the

petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

3. As the petitioner is not evincing any interest in proceeding with the

matter, it is considered fit to dismiss the C.R.P. for non-prosecution.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending in this petition, if any,

shall stand closed.
