JUDGMENT

This C.C.C.A. is filed by the appellants aggrieved by the judgment and

decree dated 12.10.2001 passed in O.S.No.1629 of 1999 by the learned II

Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants reported that the appeal would become

infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the appellants, it

is considered fit to dismiss the appeal as infructuous.

4. In the result, the C.C.C.A is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to

costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending in this appeal, if any,

shall stand closed.
