Pursuant to the request made by the learned counsel appearing for

both the parties, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat. On 13.09.2025, the

matter was settled before the Lok Adalat and an award dated 13.09.2025

was passed by the Lok Adalat.

In view of the above, the M.A.C.M.A is disposed of in terms of the

award dated 13.09.2025 passed by the Lok Adalat.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There

shall be no order as to costs.
