ORDER:

Heard Sri Kishore Baldwa, learned counsel for the petitioner. In spite of

service of notice, none appeared and there is no representation for the

respondent. Perused the entire record.

2. This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.24

of 2025 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Manthani, to the Court of

Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial.

3. Since there are catena of judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court to

consider the convenience of wife while transferring matters arising out of

matrimonial disputes, keeping in view of the convenience of the petitioner

herein, the relief prayed for is granted.

4. In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the

H.M.O.P.No.24 of 2025 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Manthani,

is withdrawn and transferred to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial.

The entire original record shall be transmitted within a period of one month.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in

this petition, shall stand closed.
