                   APPEAL SUIT No.408 OF 2018

JUDGMENT

This appeal suit is filed seeking to set-aside the judgment and

decree dated 22.11.2016 passed in O.S.No.909 of 2008 by the learned

Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under SC & ST (POA) Act-

cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District

at L.B.Nagar.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant addressed a letter to the

Registrar Judicial on 20.08.2025 that he received instructions from his

client to withdraw the First Appeal.

3. Learned counsel for respondents is present.

4. In view of the letter dated 20.08.2025, this Appeal Suit is

dismissed as withdrawn.
