         CITY CIVIL COURT APPEAL NO.32 OF 2019

JUDGMENT:

1. Managing Director of the appellant (M/s Reliance

Cellulose Products Limited) given undertaking on 03.07.2025,

which is enclosed with I.A.No.1 of 2025, wherein he stated that

E.P.No.960 of 2019 is for Rs.7,11,295/- and he has paid

Rs.2,00,000/- through RTGS (UTR No.

KKBKR52025070300999340 dated 03.07.2025 of Kotak

Mahendra Bank, SD Road, Secunderabad) to the respondent

and a cheque for Rs.5,11,295/- bearing No.034449 dated

15.08.2025 is drawn on SBI, Secunderabad branch in favour of

the respondent towards full and final settlement of all their dues

of Krishna Service Station, as agreed by the CMD of Company

and agreed by Mr.Naveen Gupta on behalf of M/s Krishna

Service Station.

2. Cheque bearing No.034449 dated 15.08.2025 is taken

back by learned counsel for the appellant and fresh cheque

bearing No.034459 dated 15.10.2025 is given to learned counsel

for the respondent for the same amount.

3. In view of the settlement between the parties full

satisfaction is recorded.

4. CCCA.No.32 of 2019 is disposed of in view of the

settlement between the parties. There shall be no order as to

costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
