JUDGMENT:

On 21.03.2025, as there was no representation for the

appellant, the matter was directed to be listed under the

caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also there is no

representation for appellant. It seems that appellant did not

evince any interest to pursue the litigation. No purpose would

be served in continuing the appeal.

2. Accordingly, this MACMA is dismissed for non-

prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
