            THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. LAXMAN

                 APPEAL SUIT NO.2850 OF 2001

JUDGMENT:

1. On 12.09.2023 there was no representation from the

appellants and the matter is posted to 18.09.2023 under the

caption for dismissal. Inspite of the matter is listed under the

caption for dismissal; today also there is no representation from

the appellant.

2. The appeal pertains to the year 2001 and the appellants are

not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.

3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any,

shall stand closed.
