                APPEAL SUIT No.465 of 2009

ORDER:

This Appeal Suit is filed by the appellant, aggrieved by the

Judgment and decree in O.S.No.311 of 2003 dated 22.11.2007

on the file of the V Additional Senior Civil Judge, Fast Track

court, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant absent today and even

on 18.07.2023, 08.08.2023 and on 01.09.2023 and the matter

was listed under the caption for dismissal. Even though the

appellant did not turn up to prosecute the matter which shows

that he has no interest to pursue the case, hence no purpose

would serve in continuing the appeal.

4. Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed for non-

prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
