                      WRIT APPEAL No.410 OF 2013

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)

        It has been brought to the notice of this Court that show

cause notice dated 22.09.2015 has been issued by the

Government of Telangana to the parties to the present writ

appeal.

        Learned counsel for the parties have fairly stated before

this Court that the present writ appeal be disposed of with a

liberty to the State Government to take appropriate action, in

accordance with law, after hearing both the parties.

        In the light of the aforesaid, the writ appeal stands

disposed of.

        Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
