in/and
WRIT APPEAL No.1678 of 2018
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeal is arising out of an order
dated 12.10.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in
I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.30401 of 2018.
Learned counsel for the appellant has fairly stated
before this Court that the appellant has already preferred
an application before the learned Single Judge for vacating
the interim order as well as an application for impleadment
and the matter is pending before the learned Single Judge.
He prays for withdrawal of the present writ appeal and a
prayer has been made to request the learned Single Judge
to decide the writ petition at an early date.
Resultantly, without averting to the merits of the
case, the Interlocutory Applications and Writ Appeal stand
disposed of as withdrawn with a request to the learned
2
Single Judge to decide the writ petition itself at an early
date.
Office is directed to list W.P.No.30401 of 2018 before
the learned Single Judge having roster on 01.04.2022, on
which date the parties shall appear before the learned
Single Judge.
The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
