JUDGMENT :

Challenge in this Appeal Suit is the judgment and

decree rendered by the Court of XVI Additional District and

Sessions Judge-cum-XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions

Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri, in O.S.No.1134

of 2008, dated 25.06.2015.

2. No representation on appellant's side on call, though

learned counsel for the respondents is present. There was

no representation even on 01.04.2022 and 22.04.2022.

Though the matter is listed on this day under the caption

"FOR DISMISSAL", yet, there is no representation.

3. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,

shall stand closed.
