THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA
AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI
WRIT APPEAL Nos.1464 & 1497 of 2016
COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeals are arising out of the common
order dated 16.12.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge in
W.P.Nos.37001 and 38553 of 2016.
The aforesaid writ petitions were preferred by the
appellants/writ petitioners before the learned Single Judge
being aggrieved by the action of the respondents in declaring the
academic year 2016-17 as "ZERO" admission year for the
D.El.Ed Courses in the State of Telangana and the learned
Single Judge has dismissed the writ petitions.
We are in the year 2022. Therefore, in respect of the
academic year 2016-2017, which was declared as "ZERO"
admission year, no further orders are required to be passed in
the present writ appeals.
Resultantly, the writ appeals stand disposed of with a
liberty to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law, in case
the appellants/writ petitioners are still aggrieved in the matter.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
