JUDGMENT:

On 19.04.2022 and on 07.06.2022, none appeared and

there was no representation on behalf of the appellant.

Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption

"for dismissal". Today, when the matter is taken up for

hearing, none appears and no representation is made on

behalf of the appellant. It seems the appellant is not

interested in pursuing the matter.

Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs.
