     I.A.No.3 of 2022 is an application filed seeking

condonation of 887 days of delay in filing the writ appeal.

     The present writ appeal is arising out of an order dated

28.12.2018

passed by the learned Single Judge in

W.P.No.7202 of 2004.

This Court vide order dated 27.04.2022 passed in an

identical matter i.e., W.A.No.299 of 2022 which was arising

out of a common order dated 28.12.2018 passed in

W.P.Nos.6411 and 7202 of 2004, has dismissed the

application for condonation of delay and rejected the writ

appeal.

The order passed in W.A.No.299 of 2022 reads as

under:-

"I.A.No.3 of 2022 is an application filed seeking condonation of 889 days of delay in filing the writ appeal.

It has been stated that due to administrative reasons, the University took time in filing the writ appeal,

the matter was placed before the Executive Council and after obtaining permission of the Executive Council, the writ appeal has been filed. There is no explanation of day- to-day delay in the matter.

This Court, on the basis of bald statement made in the application for condonation of delay, does not find any reason to condone the delay.

I.A.No.3 of 2022 is accordingly dismissed. As a consequence, the writ appeal stands rejected."

In the light of the aforesaid, I.A.No.3 of 2022 is

dismissed.

As a consequence, the writ appeal stands rejected.
