                    SECOND APPEAL No.955 OF 2013

JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated

22.02.2011 passed in A.S.No.25 of 2011 by the Judge, Family Court-

cum-VII Additional District Judge, Medak at Sangareddy.

2. Sri Jayanti S.C. Sekhar, learned counsel for the appellants on

record, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal.

3. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed
