JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)
Heard Ms. K.Mamta Choudary, learned Senior
Standing Counsel for Income Tax Department appearing
for the appellant and Mr. Challa Gunaranjan, learned
counsel for the respondent.
2. This appeal has been filed against the order dated
08.06.2018 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal,
Hyderabad Bench 'B', Hyderabad in
I.T.A.No.1574/Hyd/2017 for the assessment year 2013-14.
3. The appeal was admitted for hearing on 24.01.2019.
4. Today learned counsel for the appellant submits that
on an application filed by the respondent under the Direct
Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020, the matter has been
settled between the parties following which full and final
settlement dues have been paid by the respondent.
Therefore, appellant would like to withdraw the appeal.
5. In view of the above, this appeal is dismissed on
withdrawal.
6. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
