JUDGMENT:        (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)




        The present writ appeal is arising out of order dated 21.01.2008

passed in W.P.No.673 of 2008.


        The facts of the case reveal that the writ petitioner came up before

Court      for     grant        of      age       relaxation          in     the   matter   of

regularisation/appointment and the leaned Single Judge has disposed of

the writ petition with a simple direction to the respondents therein to

consider the case of the writ petitioner for grant of age relaxation.

Therefore, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order

passed by the leaned Single Judge.

Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be

no order as to costs.
