JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this

Court to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he has also addressed a

letter to the Registry, dated 01.02.2022.

Permission is accorded and the Appeal Suit is accordingly

dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand

closed.
