JUDGMENT:

01. This second appeal is filed against the decree and

judgment dated 01.10.2012 passed in A.S.No.6 of 2011 by the

Senior Civil Judge, Siricilla, whereunder the learned Senior Civil

Judge confirmed the decree and judgment dated 28.09.2011 passed

in O.S.No.58 of 2008 by the Junior Civil Judge, Vemulawada.

02. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents present

and reported that learned counsel for the appellants Sri P.Vinod

Kumar, is no more and as per the direction of the previous Bench,

he served notices to the appellants. But, appellant No.1 is no more

and notice to the sent to appellant No.2 returned as out of delivery

(door locked). Learned counsel further submits that this second

appeal is filed against the concurrent findings of both the Courts

below.

03. Sri G.P.Veera Raghavulu, learned counsel, stated that

he is representing Sri P.Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the

appellants and he also got the same report.

04. On 24.01.2022, this matter was directed to be listed to

today under the caption "for dismissal".

05. As there is no representation from the appellants, this

Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand

closed.
