CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.120 of 2019

JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J)

Heard. Perused the record.

2. A perusal of the online case status of the subject Suit in

O.S.No.369 of 2015 placed before this Court by the Registry reveals

that the subject Suit was disposed of on 03.12.2021.

3. Under these circumstances, the cause in this appeal does not

survive for adjudication.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
