               SECOND APPEAL No.915 of 2001

JUDGMENT:

When the matter was listed on 04.04.2022, there was no

representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter

was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal."

Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the

appellant.

2. Under these circumstances, the Second Appeal is

dismissed for non-prosecution.

shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
