            ORDER       (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy)

Assailing the action of 2nd respondent - Kaloji Narayana Rao

University of Health Sciences, Warangal represented by its Registrar,

in not considering the case of the petitioner for counseling and

admission into P.G. Medical Courses under Management Quota

categories 1, 2 and 3 for the academic year 2021-22 in the next phase

/ mop-up counseling, the present writ petition is filed.

Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the

2nd respondent - University submits that as per the judgment of the

Apex Court, 04.04.2022 is the deadline for completing the admission

process, and as per the said directions, all the phases of counselings

have been completed, and there is no further round of counseling.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner could not dispute

the above submission.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, no positive

directions can be issued to the 2nd respondent. However, if the

2nd respondent - University undertakes counseling for filling up of

stray vacancies, the case of the petitioner for admission into P.G.

Medical Courses under Management Quota categories 1, 2 and 3, as

the case may be provided, shall be considered in accordance with law,

provided she submits her applications to the 2nd respondent along

with original certificates and pays the requisite registration and

service provider charges.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.

No order as to costs.
