                WRIT PETITION No. 21700 of 2021
ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the

respondents in disposing of the representations of the petitioner, dated

26.10.2019 and 24.06.2021 for mutating the name of the petitioner in

the revenue records by virtue of judgment and decree passed in O.S.

No. 133 of 2005 on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Ramannapet in

respect of the subject land i.e., total extent of Ac. 13-2 ½ guntas in Sy.

Nos. 577, 578, 579, 589 and 609 to 612, situated at Puligilla Village,

Valligonda Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. With their

consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Learned Government Pleader states that if the petitioner files an

application through on-line in Dharani Portal, the same will be

considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities

concerned, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions, without going

into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of

directing the petitioner to file an application, seeking mutation of his

name in respect of the subject land, through on-line in Dharani Portal,

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order. On such application being filed, the authorities concerned shall

pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as

expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks

thereof duly putting all the interested parties on notice and considering

the objections, if any. A copy of the order that may be passed by the

respondent authorities shall be communicated to the petitioner.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
