JUDGMENT:

On 20.01.2009, 02.02.2009, 19.03.2009 as well as

03.08.2009, when the matter was posted, none appeared for the

appellant and the matter is posted today, 'for dismissal'. Today

also, none appeared.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
