Learned counsel for the appellants states that during the

pendency of the present appeals, wherein interim orders passed in the

writ petitions were challenged, the writ petitions have been decided

and disposed of by the learned Single Judge and therefore nothing

further survives for adjudication in the present appeals.

2. The present appeals are accordingly disposed of along with the

pending applications, if any.
