         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3291 of 2015

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning order dated

28.07.2015 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge,

Wanaparthy, Mahabubnagar District, dismissing I.A.No.1107 of

2014 in O.S.No.32 of 2009 filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs for

amendment of the pleadings.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Court of

the Senior Civil Judge, Sathupally, the said suit itself came to be

dismissed by the Court below vide judgment dated 31.07.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
