  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1343 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the

petitioners/defendants against order dated 08.02.2017 passed by

the learned Additional Judge-cum-VI Senior Civil Judge,

Hyderabad, dismissing I.A.No.473 of 2016 in O.S.No.2045 of

2010, filed for rejecting the plaint.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned

Senior Civil Judge's Court, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came

to be dismissed by the Court below vide judgment dated

25.01.2018.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
