  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

          CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 843 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the

petitioner/plaintiff against order dated 17.01.2017 passed by the

learned VIII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad,

dismissing I.A.No.1043 of 2016 in O.S.No.536 of 2016, filed for

amending the pleadings.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned

Junior Civil Judge's Court, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to

be withdrawn, by the Court below vide judgment dated

12.04.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
