          CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 827 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the

petitioners/plaintiffs against order dated 16.11.2016 passed by the

learned IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad,

dismissing I.A.No.1616 of 2015 in O.S.No.189 of 2001, filed by

them for condoning the delay of 2727 days in filing L.R. Petition.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the learned

Chief Judge's Court, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be

decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 18.07.2017.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
