JUDGMENT:

Heard. Perused the record.

Vide order, dated 04.12.2020, the appeal was referred to

Lok Adalat. On 12.12.2020, an Award was passed by the High

Court Legal Services Committee stating that the

appellant/Insurance Company, represented by Sri Shaik Ismail,

Assistant Manager (Legal), sought permission to withdraw the

appeal and that therefore, the appeal stands disposed of as

withdrawn. This appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of

the said Award dated 12.12.2020. The Registry is directed to

annex a copy of the Award dated 12.12.2020 to this judgment.

No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall

stand closed.
