                                      ORDER

A bailable warrant of arrest was issued by this Court against the respondent.

Pursuant thereto, there is a report dated 31.01.2026 of ASI Sukmit Lepcha forwarded to the SHO Namchi, stating therein that the respondent died on 23.11.2025 at the STNM Hospital, Sochagang, Gangtok. A death certificate is also annexed confirming the same.

In view of the above, the State's criminal leave petition abates. Accordingly, it is so ordered.
