Order

01/05/2026 As many as 14 criminal cases are stated to be pending

against the petitioner. In view of the same, this Court is not

inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, the

petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh bail application after the filing

of the challan.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as not

pressed, with liberty as prayed for.
