1. These writ petitions have been preferred by the petitioners-
institutes with the following prayer:-
"(a) By way of an appropriate writ, order or
direction direct the respondent University to
forthwith enroll the students admitted in the
petitioner institution for the Animal Husbandry
Diploma (Livestock Assistant) Course for the
academic session 2024-25 and to treat them as
duly enrolled students of the University;
(b) By way of an appropriate writ, order or
direction direct the respondents to permit the
students of the petitioner institution to appear in
all mid-term, end-term and other examinations of
the Animal Husbandry Diploma Course and to

conduct and evaluate such examinations in
accordance with law;
(c) By way of an appropriate writ, order or
direction direct the respondents to declare the
results of the examinations of the students of the
petitioner institution as and when conducted and to
extend all consequential academic benefits;
(d) Pass any other order(s) deemed fit and proper
in the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that during pendency
of the writ petitions, the students have also approached before
this Court by way of filing writ petitions and by the order dated
21.04.2026, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B.
Civil Writ Petition No.5037/2026 along with connected matters,
the students have been directed to be shifted to other institutions
and the compliance report in respect of transfer of the students
shall be placed on record.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives in
these writ petitions.
4. The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as having
rendered infructuous.
5. Stay petition and all the pending applications, if any, also
stands dismissed.
