2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that review

petitions are being preferred by the State and the orders passed

are also amenable to challenge before the Hon'ble Apex Court,

however, he is unable to point out any stay order or any kind of

different opinion taken by the coordinate Bench or any kind of

pendency before the Hon'ble Apex Court regarding the issue.

3. Consequently, the special appeal (writ) is dismissed.
