14/01/2026
1. The present writ petitions have been filed with the following
prayers :
'i. The Respondents may be directed to activate and verify the name/weblink of the Petitioner Institute on the scholarship portal in order for students to avail the scholarship benefits or in the alternative the Respondents may be directed to accept the scholarship forms in offline mode.
ii. The Respondents may further be directed to disburse the scholarship amount to the students after accepting the scholarship forms.
iii. Any other appropriate relief which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioner. iv Costs of the writ petition be also awarded in favour of the Petitioner.'
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an identical
petition being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11007/2022 (Radha
Krsihna Nursing Education Institute Bhilwara Vs. The
Rajasthan Nursing Council, Jaipur and Ors.) has been
disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated
04.09.2023, wherein it was observed as under :
'1. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by the decision of a coordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in a bunch of writ petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11841/2022 (Ganpati Keshyo Rai College of Nursing V/s The State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and other connected matters decided on 21.10.2022.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that they will check the eligibility of the petitioner Institute while keeping into consideration the aforementioned judgment.
3. For the self same reasons, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Jaipur Bench of this Court in the case of Ganpati Keshyo Rai College of Nursing (Supra). However, the eligibility of the admission of the students shall be reckoned keeping in

view the last date of admission fixed by the respondents and also orders passed by this Court, if applicable.
4. It is made clear that if any grievance remains, the petitioner Institute shall be at liberty to approach this Court again.
5. All pending applications also stand disposed of.'
3. He further submits that the present petitions may also be
decided in the same terms as in the said writ petition.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the
above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. In view of the submissions made above, the present writ
petitions are disposed of in the same terms as Radha Krsihna
Nursing Education Institute Bhilwara (supra).
6. Stay petitions also stand disposed of accordingly.
