1. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the

following reliefs:-

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that by appropriate writ order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for regularizing his services on the post of Driver from the date of his initial engagement and declared entitled to regularize his services with all consequential benefits. Any other order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favour of petitioner my kindly be passed with costs."

2. Learned counsel representing the petitioner, at the outset,

makes a limited submission that the petitioner would be satisfied

if the respondents may be directed to consider and decide the

pending representation dated 28.10.2024 (Annexure-8) of the

petitioner by way of passing a speaking order within a particular

time frame.

3. In light of such limited submission, it is hereby directed that

the aforesaid pending representation of the petitioner shall be

decided by the respondents by way of passing a speaking order

strictly in accordance with law within a period of 'four weeks' from

the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the instant writ petition is

disposed of. Stay application as well as all other pending

applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
