1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a writ

petition, having similar facts, being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.

4011/2026, this Court has passed the interim order. Learned

counsel for the petitioner states that even in their cases, seats

have been allotted by respondent university, after the counseling,

to colleges having affiliation with respondent university.

2. In view of above-said submission, order passed in S.B. Civil

Writ Petition No. 4011/2026 shall operate mutatis mutandis in

these cases also.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply a
