1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking
issuance of directions to the respondents to grant pay fixation
from the date of joining and has also relied upon the judgment of
this Court in the case of Gopal Kumawat vs. State of
Rajasthan & Ors. in DBCWP No.2963/2007 decided on
29.07.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted
that petitioners would be satisfied in case liberty is granted to the
petitioners to submit their representations before the competent
authority for redressal of their grievances.
