10/04/2026 This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition under Section 528 of the

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been preferred on

behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.88/2026

registered at Police Station Sheo, District Barmer, for offences

punishable under Sections 137(2), 303(2), 3(5) & 331(4) of the

BNS.

After arguing the matter on merits for some time, learned

counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to press

the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition; however, he seeks

liberty for the petitioners to submit an appropriate representation

along with supporting evidence before the concerned Investigating

Officer.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is

dismissed as not pressed, with the liberty as sought.

However, if any such representation is filed by the

petitioners, it is expected that the concerned Investigating Officer

shall consider the same objectively, strictly in accordance with law.

All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
