S.B. Criminal Misc(Pet.) No. 4082/2025 & 3607/2025

1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that in pursuance to

the direction issued by this Court on 26.08.2025, the matter was

referred to the Mediation Center of this High Court.

2. Today, the report of the learned Mediator has been received

wherein the mediation between the parties has been declared

successful in terms therein.

3. In view of the success of mediation, nothing remains for

consideration in the instant petition.

4. With the above observations, the instant petition is allowed

and the impugned FIR along with all consequential proceedings

thereof are hereby quashed and set aside qua the petitioner in

light of judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Gian

Singh Vs. State of Punjab & Anr. [(2012) 10 SCC 303].

S.B. Criminal Misc(Pet.) No. 3906/2025 & 7122/2025

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved an application

(01/2025) for taking compromise deed on record.

2. For reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

allowed and the compromise deed is hereby taken on record.

3. With the above observations, the instant petition is allowed

and the impugned FIR along with all consequential proceedings

thereof are hereby quashed and set aside qua the petitioners in

light of judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Gian

Singh Vs. State of Punjab & Anr. [(2012) 10 SCC 303].
