AWARD OF L0K ADALAT Date: 1 lqr The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. The MACT, Jaitaran, District Pali by its judgment and award dated 14.03.2016 in MAC Case No.19/2014 awarded a sum of Rs.5,84,764/- alongwith interest @ 9% per annum.

With the consent of the partics, the impi~giiedaward dated 14.03.2016 is further enhanced by Rs. 75,0Q0/- in favour of the claiislant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The amount so agreed ?hall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within ::period of two months fi-om today failing which, the same shall carry interest @ '7 5% per annum from the date of this order till actual realization. 'Thz enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in terms of' the award in the swing bank acccilnt of the claimant(s). The award impugned dated 14.03.2016 passed by MAC?', Jaitaran, District Pali in Claim Case No. 19/2014 is modified accordingly.

. In view of the above, the appeal is tlisposed of.
