AWARD OF LOK ADALAT Date: 10.05.2025 ' The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. , The MACT, Banswara by its judgment and award dated 18.10.2022 in MAC Case No.33812018 awarded a sum of .Rs.3,79,380/- Alongwith interest @ 9 % per annum.

With the consent of the parties, the impugned award dated 18.10.2022 is further enhanced by Rs. 1,81,0001- in favour of the claimant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The amount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today failing which, the same shalI cany interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of this order till actual realization. The enhanced amount of 3ompensation be disbursed in terms of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant(s). The award i i4pugned dated 18.10.202; passed by MACT, Banswara in Claim Case No.33812018 is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of.
