AWARD OF LOK ADALAT Date: 10.05.2025 The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. The MACT No.1, Bhilwara by its judgment and award dated 29.03.2019 in MAC Case No.8612015 awarded a sum of Rs.6,89,1551- Alongwith interest @ 6 % per annum.

With the consent of the parties, the impugned award dated 29.03.20 19 is further enhanced by Rs. 1,00,000/- in favour of the claimant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The amount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today failing which, the same shall cany interest @ 7.5% per m u m i?om the date of this order till actual realization. The enhanced amount of coinpensation be disbursed in terns of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant(s). The award impugned dated 29.03.2019 passed by MACT No.1, Bhilwara in Claim Case

No.8612015 is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of.

The Registry is directed to send back the record forthwith.
