AWARD OF LOK ADALAT Date: 10.05.2025 The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. I

The MACT, Banswara by its judgment and award dated 18.10.2022 in MAC Case No.7612018 awarded a sum of Rs.98,117/- Alongwith interest @ 9 % per annum.

With the consent of the parties, the impugned award,dated 1.8.10.2022is fiuther enhanced by Rs. 1,04,000/- in favour of the claimant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The amount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months f7om today failing which, the same shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annum fiom the date of this

order till actual realization. The enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in terms of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant(s). The awarg iLPugned dated 18.10.202i passed by MACT, Banswara in Claim Case No.7612018 1 -. .I

ismodified accordingly.
