Order

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the
controversy involved in the present writ petitions is squarely
covered by a judgment of even date rendered by this Court in S.B.
Civil Writ Petition No.4298/2025 (Sharvan Choudhary Vs.
State of Rajasthan & Ors.) in the following terms:-
[2025:RJ-JD:22174] (4 of 4) [CW-1744/2025]
"16. In view of the discussions made above, the
termination order dated 15.01.2025 is not
sustainable in the eyes of law. Thus, the present
writ petition merits acceptance and the same is
allowed. The order dated 15.01.2025 terminating
the services of the petitioner is quashed and set-
aside and the respondents are directed to reinstate
the petitioner in the services forthwith.
17. It is made clear that after the reinstatement of the
petitioner, he shall co-operate with the ongoing
enquiry which is being made by the committee
constituted pursuant to the order dated 03.4.2025
passed by the co-ordinate bench of this Court.
Further, it is also made clear that the respondents
will be free to take appropriate disciplinary action
against the petitioner in accordance with law, if the
respondents found that the appointment obtained
by the petitioner is on the basis of incorrect, forged
or manipulated documents."
3. For the self same reasons, the present writ petitions are
disposed in terms of the judgment rendered by this Court in the
case of Sharvan Choudhary (supra).
