Order

1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a
judgment rendered by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B.
Civil Writ Petition No.3873/2019 : Amar Singh vs. State of
Rajasthan & Ors. decided on 20.12.2023.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to
refute the submission made by counsel for the petitioners.
3. In view of the submissions made before this Court, the
present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment
passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Amar
Singh (supra).
4. It is made clear that after examination of the matter, if the
respondents come to the conclusion that the case of the present
petitioners is distinguishable from the case of Amar Singh (supra)
then the respondents shall pass a reasoned and speaking order in
the case of the petitioners.
